Payment methods

*  I accept payment by credit card or debit card, from major cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  You can also use gift and pre-paid cards that are linked to the aforementioned credit cards.

Cancellations, Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

*  I accept changes and cancellations within 6 hours, on all items except for printable downloads, because downloads are sent automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, and this cannot be reversed.  If for some reason you receive the wrong download, please let me know and I will check and send you the correct one.  For all items other than downloads, please request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase (6 hour cancellation policy does not apply when you have requested a rush order on a custom made item)

*  I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If I happen to send you the wrong item, though, please let me know and I will do my best to correct things as soon as I can.  If you can send me a photo of the items I sent, that would also be helpful.
All sales are final, so please be sure to choose carefully. Please also ensure you supply the correct address for delivery.  If you happened to make a mistake in the address during checkout, no problem, just use the contact page to let me know as soon as you can.  You may change or cancel your order within 6 Hours of purchase (doesn't include custom made rush orders). A refund will be given for refundable cancellations.

* Non-refundable items include:  jewellery (for sanitary safety reasons), custom made or personalised orders, items that were returned by customs because of customs fees not being paid by the buyer, items that were returned because of incorrect address.

Shipping policies

*  All orders are handmade by the artist, and made in the order that they are received. I aim to get orders made in 7 days days (this does not include shipping time), however if yours is an especially large or detailed order, or a unique custom made item, it may take longer.  I will let you know if this is the case. 

*  I usually wait 6 hours before making hand carved stamps, as I like to give 6 hours for people to request a refund or change their order if necessary.  Please note that the 6 hour cancellation policy doesn't apply to custom made rush orders, as I will begin a rush order straight away, and custom made orders are made solely for that particular customer, therefore cannot be resold. That being said, however  if you do find that you have made a mistake with your order, please still contact me  just in case as there there may still be a chance that I can still change it  

*  STANDARD SHIPPING:  All orders are sent by tracked standard shipping (Korea Post) by default, unless you purchase an express shipping upgrade (see below for more details).  Once I have sent your order I will email you and let you know the tracking number.  Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address (for example, if it is a gift, then provide the name and address of the receipient).

*  STANDARD SHIPPING PRICES:  Downloadables do not require shipping, therefore there is no shipping cost for downloadable printables.  For other items, shipping prices vary depending on the country I am shipping to.  Your package will be shipped from Seoul, South Korea, by the Korean postal service, which is known to be very reliable.  To find out how much items will cost for shipping, add the item/s to your cart, proceed to the checkout, fill in your details, click 'next' and your shipping cost will be displayed.  At this stage you will not have been charged anything, so you can have a look at the shipping prices and if you think they are ok, you can proceed to the final stage of checkout where you will be asked to confirm/pay for your order.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY:

*  I use 'Stripe' for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection. You can learn more about Stripe and read its privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

*  I am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give me via email or other direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.  The website building platform I use is Indiemade, and Indiemade has access to my website for the purpose of helping me with any web development issues.  You can view Indiemade's privacy policy here.

*  RUSH ORDERS:  I make a trip to the local post office once or twice a week, sometimes more depending on how many orders I have to send.  If you would like me to rush your order, please purchase a RUSH UPGRADE from my shop, and I will put your order earlier in the que, and make an extra quick trip to the post office  just for you if necessary.

*  EXPRESS SHIPPING:  All orders are sent by standard Korean tracked post, which is generally very inexpensive, fast and reliable.  However if you would like your order to arrive very quickly and would like it to be tracked, please add the 'EXPRESS SHIPPING' listing to your cart and I will send it by this option.  A small number of countries may not be able to have express shipping due to Korea Post policies, if this is the case, I will let you know. 

*  IMPORT TAXES AND FEES
Any import fees (e.g. vat/gst/hst/sales taxes, customs duty, post office customs clearance handling fees) in your country are NOT included in the item prices, shipping cost nor at the checkout.  You will be responsible to pay as an importer upon the arrival of the package in your country. The amount of these import taxes in your country will be assessed and imposed at the point of entry of your country. Miraculous Mosquito is not responsible for the collection or determination of any import fees in your country. 

*  CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS

If you would like to personalize or customize an item please send me a message. I will provide rates or a quote for the requested additional services and create a special listing for you to purchase. Requests put in buyer comments at checkout are not a guarantee that I can complete your request. Please communicate with me via the contact form first to be sure! Thank you!

This can take longer (up to 8 weeks)! We are not responsible for long post time as we cannot control an item after it leaves our hands. Thank you for understanding.

We give 30 days to the buyer to respond to us after notification that the item was returned to us because of failed delivery. After the 30 day period passes with no response, the item is restocked and sold.

New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

PRINTABLE ITEMS: Upon purchase/confirmation of payment, you will receive one easily printable, high quality black and white PDF or JPEG file, delivered to your email within seconds. Intended for personal home or educational use only, not for resale or any other use unless given written permission by Miraculous Mosquito.  With regards to educational use, printables are intended for use by one teacher/parent for one class/family.  If you would like to use the printable for more than one class, or you are going to share the resource with a friend, colleague or another homeschooler, please purchase a multiple licence.  Much appreciated :)
